The exer­cis­er stands in front of the Pix­for­mance Sta­tion, and a vir­tu­al train­er demon­strates the exer­cise to be per­formed on-screen.

Dur­ing exer­cise exe­cu­tion, a cam­era with a built-in depth sen­sor scans 25 joint and nine fixed points of the exer­cis­er with­in sec­onds and ana­lyzes the movements.

Meet Our Founder

Valerie Bures-Bön­ström is a pio­neer­ing entre­pre­neur in dig­i­tal health and fit­ness. Togeth­er with Stef­fi Graf she found­ed Mrs.Sporty, a suc­cess­ful women’s fit­ness fran­chise, before launch­ing Pix­for­mance in 2012 to bring dig­i­tal solu­tions to phys­i­cal ther­a­py. In 2019, she intro­duced VAHA, an inter­ac­tive fit­ness mir­ror offer­ing per­son­al­ized work­outs. Cur­rent­ly, Valerie is also a Part­ner at XAnge and a Ven­ture Part­ner at Excep­tion­al Ven­tures, where she men­tors star­tups in the health and tech space. Her work con­sis­tent­ly push­es the bound­aries of tech­nol­o­gy-dri­ven wellness.
